This shouldn't take too long
Twitter has trimmed my blogging style into 140-character snippets.

Blogging now feels gluttonous.

Anyway...it's almost summer. That means Pride, Hairrison, Dore Alley, Folsom Street Fair, Lazy Bear weekend; wonderful gay events that make me hyper body conscious. Either I'm too small (bear events) or I don't have abs (everything else).

This year, I want abs. I've already lost 10lbs just thinking about being skinny (no, really) and am down to 200lbs. 10lbs more and I'll be in ab-territory.

As soon as all this Summer-ab-swimsuit nonsense is over, I'm doubling my bulking efforts. I just discovered that my diet for the last two years was missing carbohydrates, and as soon as I increase my carb intake I gained 10lbs in a week.

Carbs! Who knew?!

Carbs, who knew? Dieticians!

...Sorry. I get the... joy... Of a housemate who thinks that "Suppliment" means "Instead of". I think he last ate food in 2006. It'd be OK if he didn't then give us crap for eating carrots (Too starchy!) and try to tell me I'd lose weight if I didn't eat carbs. Apparently the 22Kg I lost while eating whatever the fuck I wanted didn't count...

Okay, it might *seem* like basic/common/half-of-America-is-obeese-duh knowledge, but I was raised in Santa Cruz by health-conscious super yuppies. (I love you mom, dad, in case you're reading this). And my step dad was a vegetarian bodybuilder who was always on his cutting phase.

So, all I know about cooking and nutrition is:
  • Low carb, high protein foods
  • Eat 6 "snacks" a day
  • Zero processed sugars, as they alter your taste pallet
  • Don't trust super market produce--only buy from farmer's market tables with the Government organic insignia
  • And some other stuff.

Yumm-O, a six-pack of Chocolate Pudding. I hope it's the home made stuff and not the kind from a little white and red box. The type you have to stir over a burner on the stove, made with whole milk and REALLY good grated 72% cacao with a hint of orange liqueur.

OMG that is the only kind of 72% cacao chocolate I use. The one thing you forgot was a large pillowy dollop Of whipped Cream. I put on top :-)

Everything, in all cases, in conserved. Relationships, mass, energy, buffness.

Everything.

Hmm, re-reading my comment makes it sound like I was poking fun, I really didn't intend too.

NOOOOOOO!
Abs are over-rated... Don't lose any of your sexy beefiness! (Or is that your beefy sexiness?)

Why wait until winter to bulk up? Get the head start by bulking up NOW! You'll be 230 by winter!

Ugh, I know, I know...Every day I wake up a little lighter and I have to fight the urge to reverse the process and undo all the weight lost.

Summer, and then it's back to bulking :/ sigh
